Age on the day

Does anyone know if 'Age on the day' applies to masters as well :confused: AFAIK it doesn't but i'd like to be sure:

Reason? Well I'm 25 this year, but do I swim in Age Group 'A' all year or in 'X' until my birthday? I'd be happy to stay in 'X' if I can (less competition :D ), but feel I really should be swimming in 'A' :o
