He's swum every ocean on the planet, including the Arctic Ocean, where he actually swam in seawater at - 5C in just his cozzie.

Oh how I envy him - makes my 7.8C so far look positively tropical.

Just a quick un mate just found a snippet on Dan earthquake on expressandstar.com it says he did 43 mins in sandwell valley at 3 degrees and out - lasted a guy in a wetsuit, Brrrrrrrr.

I remember that last year when Dan challenged all comers to take his "Old King Cold" crown.

Lewis Pugh holds the record for lowest temperature in bare-skin, but Dan may beat him on endurance. I'm sure Dan mentioned he'd invited him for a teeth-chattering duel but I haven't heard anything from Dan for 12 months.
