After a lot of thought (and recent changes in my worklife) I am going for it and starting the courses to learn coaching.
I guess over the years I have always thought you needed to have been a competing swimmer in order to coach (which I'm not!). I now think though that I'll be starting afresh with no preconceptions.
Please reassure me that not all coaches have been swimmers.
My question is are there any particular books, sites, that you would recommend as a good place to start.
