Sorry, I doubt I will get them - I didn't work at the meet myself and I don't think the member of our club who has The Knowledge to reformat a disc from the system Berks & S. Bucks uses to make it readable by my computer did either.

In any event there wouldn't be any results in the normal sense, just individual times v. entry times.

My daughter went. It was the first time she had competed at Aldershot and we were both very impressed by the facilities. its a shame these can not be repeated all around the country.

We will definately be returning sometime next year

It will be a heck of a lot better once they fix the wretched boom so swimmers at training don't have to turn at 48 metres.

I was only there as a spectator for a couple of hours in the evening. Hats off to everyone who worked at the meet, it was sweltering.

Sod's law, wanted to stay to support a friend of daughter's and his heat was the one delayed by needing to clear *something* from the pool.

What time did they finish?

I've just noticed we skipped almost a whole year between Steve N.'s post and Top 10's.

What happened? Did I miss anything interesting? :p

Yes, but brought forward because age group/youth qualifying deadline is 31 May this year. 2004 that is, unless we have jumped another year. :)

Not to my knowledge, BSB isn't up to speed on the electronic distribution of results and doesn't yet have a web site - but there wasn't a competition per se, people were just swimming in pursuit of times which they presumably will have gone away armed with. The times will also have been submitted to clubs on paper and to the ASA for the rankings database.

A full set of county championships results did emerge eventually and can be found at the excellent Amersham SC site (link via Britishswimming).
