Hy-Tek Meet Manager Reports

Does anyone know how to get memorised reports from an existing meet in Meet Manager into a new meet ? or do I have to recreate them all manually again ?

If you can get a meet organiser to send you the results file from the last meet then it is possible to import them (unless you just have the 'lite' version that is free).
I think it is possible to enter the data for all the swimmers' times into the database when making entries and then they come up automatically but I have never bothered as this seems slower and now I have had a look at it I can't work out how my predecessor did it.
I don't know any other way of carrying forward a time entered for a meet one week into one being entered the following week and would be interested if someone else knows how.

I think that you are referring to Team Manager. With TM you can create a meet say called "Club PBs" with open age groups for all swims and enter your swimmer's PBs. Then when you get a new meet, each swimmer's fastest time should be automatically listed and you just select the tick box next to the time.
