Hi there

When I was training the other day one of the guys in my lane mentioned that there are open water competitions in Scotland. That sounds perfect for me as I won't be competing in any triathlons until a knee injury heals, and I am really enjoying my swim training. I've never swum in a swim race before, but my swimming has come on well and beome my favourite tri discipline.

Does anybody know of any races over the coming months? (it will have to be from about the end of July onwards as I've just cracked a rib). Anything up to about 4 miles would suit me just fine.

thanks

Gordon

This has got nothing at all to do with the topic but did you know that the Icelandic team that were at the Inverness meet train outdoors all year round?!
