Even though I'm totally hopeless at sprints I always enjoy a 50Free although that is before the race - after I'm usually disappointed that i'm still that slow!!

200m back has got to be the best event, especially for me as I need the extra time to make up for my poor start. But I love relays more than anything and I always swim well in them, plus the atmosphere is great and its nice to work as a team, rather than an individual.

oww wow some1 else likes 200fly! its the BEST event by far and i love swimming it sooo much! i love the first 100 - just sprint and i love digging in and really bringing it home! it has to be the bestest most exciting event ever! (In my opinion!) i really like it so so so so much! ps: im not being sarcastic.

good luck pippie :) i've allready dome mine in the 14+ yrs southerns, ugg the heating was strange and was boiling at one end - esp bad as i was in lane 1, o well i went from 8th in my heat to 1st so cant b that bad, im sure u wil do ace if ur as nutty about it as me - and u sound it, so good luck - bet cha wont need it tho! :)
