:wave:After strong local protest the Harlech Pool has re-opened today apparently!
Coverage on the closure has been very cynical, with many doubts expressed about the exact nature of the alleged "major electrical fault", but public opinion has obviously carried the day.
See also today's postings on www.londonpoolscampaign.com about the closure and re-opening of Harlech Pool.

One year later and the Harlech Swimming Pool is still fighting for survival. The Council said in December 2007 that the pool must close in April 2008 but the Friends of Harlech Swimming Pool have so far prevented permanent closure: the latest news is that the pool will go at the end of March 2009.
