To save me looking  can you guys let me know if there's a programme for the swimming events online?

I want to know when I've got to get up early to watch my friends swimming .....

two that I know of are at:

http://www.britishswimming.org/sports/swimming/comm02_orderofevents.asp

which also has the entries for the england team, but if you want the really detailed info, including the exact time of every heat (to the nearest minute!) it has to be Auntie:

I don't know how much swimming that the BBC is planning on showing on terrestrial TV, but I've just found the red button on my Sky remote control. If you're watching BBC1 or BBC2 through Sky and press the red button, you can switch to watch one of several other sports.

Eg, I'm currently watching the women's gymnastics, but by pressing the red button I could switch to men's hockey, table tennis, badminton or something else that I've forgotten. Could be useful if the Beeb decide to televise something other than swimming next week :)

I can't give you who's in what heat, but I can get you to the list of competitors and their Season best times by country in the CWG events. All you need to do is make a visit to the Official Commonwealth Games website <Click Here (http://www.commonwealthgames.com) >. From there, click on results, scroll down and click on swimming. It then brings you up all of the events in chronological order. Click on the event, and a blurb will say "At present no content is available." But, if you look to the links on the left, click on entry list. It gives you who is competing from which country and their best time ever plus their best time this season. Unfortunately, the CWG website is not the bastion of efficiency, so you must go back to the event list and repeat the steps. But there you go!
