Are you sure it's a Grand Prix meet and is in February?
I looked through the French Calendar for Feb & March and found nothing like that, or even any event in Bordeaux. I need more info. I even checked a few of the top club's web-sites to see if they were organising/attending it. The French championships are later on - I spoke to Hughes Duboscq and Kris Gilchrist, both will attend (in April).
However I found a junior meet here
http://www.girondins-natation.com/ .... That is also called a Grand Prix meet on the 7th February. What other info do you want? It's best to email me for a quicker response.
