Shoulder Ache/ Clicking
Pulled my neck/shoulder a few weeks ago (not in the pool) and thought it was now ok.
Started to get a dull aching pain in my shoulder and down my left arm, mainly whilst out of the water. When I'm swimming it doesnt seem to hurt. I have also noticed it seems to 'click' a lot more than it used to beforehand. I/m hoping its just a muscle strain that is still repairing and noting too serious ! Anyone had this ? |

sounds more like a pinched nerve, I reckon if it was trapped then it would hurt all the time, go see a physio...

Thanks for the responses, except I did panic when I looked at the slap tear Poppy. Looks quite nasty !
I think it was a trapped nerve as its progressively got better and now doesn't ache at all. Still a slight clicking but nowhere as bad as it was a few weeks ago. |
