Awesome. Huge respect to anyone who can do this. My friend did it last year and I saw what was involved. Personally you wont get me anywhere near the sea, so I am totally in awe!

What a great example to all.
Sometimes what's lost in the euphoria is the relatively humble background, in swimming terms, of so many who have made it. Thats not to say its easy (hell some of us can make it look exceedingly difficult) but with the right focus and application you really can do it. I suppose that applies to so much in life. Be prepared to push yourself in what you're already probably pretty good at, and just see....
