mmm, possibly unwise - when it was sent to me it was headed up SPOOF, so I probably had a head start, Steve!
I thought it was pretty clever job, though I have no idea what/who half the digs are aimed at.

I would have lost one of the shiny suit ones and added -

Sweetenham given Knighthood
Nov 13 2009 Craig Lord The British Government and Her Majesty the Queen have finally recognised the extraordinary genius that
is Bill Sweetenham and awarded him a well deserved Knighthood for services to British culture. This will coincide with his receiving an
Honorary Doctorate in Public Speaking from the University of Loughborough. And about time too!
All round good-guy Sweetenham, personally responsible for every Olympic gold medal that any Australian ever won in any sporting
discipline and whose biography I have never considered writing ....

OK, so I didn't get it quite right, but in the absence of any scandal, Lord has reverted to type with -

Sweetenham again, and again, and again
February 20 2010 Craig Lord Jazz Carlin, personally spotted, coached from birth, mentored, looked after and probably fathered by legendary Australian genius and honorary gentleman Bill Sweetenham completely outshone Rebecca Adlington's Olympic Gold medals today in Swansea and her dogged performance was immediately attributed to Sweetenham alone by her Sweetenham hired coach in a pool that Sweetenham built with his own bare hands and had nothing whatsoever to do with anyone else or even Carlin herself.

Lord Sweetenham, who is personally responsible for everything that British Swimming has ever done since he was hired, apart from the new website because that is crap, was disappointed to learn that Jazz Carlin didn't mention him once in her post race interview....
