Have been experimenting a bit with couscous based 'one pot' meals recently that i can throw down my neck after training sessions.

Something along the lines of.
Make up a small batch of cousous.
Add to same :
Big serving of roast mediterranean vegetables (handy in freezer packs)
Add in spring onions, cherry tomatoes etc
Just before noshing add in a bunch of shredded rocket , then lemon juice or balsamic vinegar to taste.

I use this website to log what I eat and balance my carbs/proteins/fat. I am trying to lose 6st in total (doing well so far ). I can also add all my exercise and it tells me by how much I should increase my daily calorie intake and still lose around 2lbs a week. There are some forums too there with even have a sub forum for swimmers. People who use this website range for people who just want to lose weight to athletes preparing for triathlon races, and I have had great outdoor swimming advice from some of them. One of them even invited me for a swim with her in Oxford.
