Next week

So, with these increased temperatures and increased water temperatures, and next week being Easter, it's starting to look promising for an actual wild swim next week.

MHR, there will be lots of us going round SMM. You could stick a wetsuit on and join us, if you're not comfortable with the water temp. Going in the evening. It will be a great laugh.x

I've been out of sorts last week so didn't get a river swim while the Weaver had hit 15C - stuck in chlorine and tiles at 30C

I'd like to measure the temp. after the cold snap. Looks like I'll be getting swim in the Wye at Builth Wells on Tuesday but I suspect the river will be at winter temp - single digit.
