Health Service Discharging Patients in the Middle of the Night.

On the news today, it was stated that hospital patients are being discharged in the middle of the night and having to find their own way home! This included a Parkinson's disease sufferer, discharged at 1 a.m who had no money and was told "to hitch a lift"! He returned to A&E where he was forced to wait 5 hours! What a scandalous indictment of the way this country is being run! Our political 'leaders' should be hanging their heads in shame! A country that neglects it's sick and elderly in such ways has forfeited the right to call itself civilised!
