Question Oversubscribed

Hi,

We have a meet that is oversubscribed, is there an 'easy' way of selecting the slowest in each age group to reject in Hy-Tek? How do you much more experienced Meet Managers do it and also how would we generate a rejected entries report?

Not had this problem before hence lack of knowledge.

Any ideas gratefully received!!

Thanks in anticipation............

Surely there is some hytek people out there?

I know the peeps in Cardiff use hytek may be you could try them, I do have an email if you struggle as I have done a couple of entries for people visiting Cardiff from our club and I had to learn to use Hytek to enter them.

Why not try to select the event in question in the 'EVENTS' menu. Then in the box titled 'Round 1- prelims or timed finals' select the ammount of heats you wish to swim?
I have never used this option as I have never had to, but I believe it will generate the oversubscribed list you are looking for.

Good luck.
