Meanwhile over here, we're getting weekly scandals about USA swimming's failure to adequately investigate allegations of inappropriate coach-swimmer contact.
I'm starting to think that a pretty decentralized system is better way of running things since there really isn't a national governing board worth the paper their charter is written on.
