Selection Criteria
Morning all,
As we awake to yet another "selection controversy" with the athletics team can anybody tell me what was wrong with one set of trials and if you make the standard you're in upto the total number of places available? Could it possibly be that simple?

The athletics selectors clearly aren't confident that our best medal hopes can make it through a one off trial...

On the bright side, at least they haven't reached the point where they're selecting Olympic spots by public coin flip just yet.

No run-off or coin flip because Tarmoh withdrew from the run-off race. Felix gets the last individual spot, but Tarmoh is still going to London as part of the 4x100 relay pool.
