Did my first Nationals there in 73 or 74 - lots of great memories of Leeds and Coventry

I have mixed memories of Leeds International. I swam there in quite a few competitions, English school things mainly I think, and remember having real trouble swimming straight with the ceiling doing backstroke. I was also at Leeds University for 5 years so trained there a fair bit too. Now I live near Coventry and it reminds of Leeds International every time I go. Sad to hear that it has now gone.

On the subject of which, does anyone have any recollection of the 1998 Age Group Nationals?
I have a document here from the Sportsystems Meet Results Service which shows 3-8 Aug 1998 at Leeds International Pool, but the ASA Rankings database shows results from that same meet in Coventry. Was there a last minute switch from one venue to the other or has someone screwed up somewhere?
