Good Morning, not that anyone else seems to be about. Couln't sleep this morning. Not swimming til lunch time so need to find something to do for a few hours.

Been up earlier than normal, Ready for the Wales v Australia game in an hour or so.

I have changed just my watch, the phone and the hotel tv did it automatically. Probably have to do the heating system, oven and microwave and all the bathroom clocks when I get home

Just dropped Mrs T off at work. Waiting for the Leisure Centre to open for an unusual morning training session. (for me).
