Head coach salary range?

Hi,
Would welcome some advice please on the market rate for a head coach salary.

The club in question has a competitive squad structure of some 100+ swimmers, a significant learn-to-swim programme together with water polo and masters. In total some 500+ swimmers.

In addition, what type of contracts do clubs generally use - fixed term or permanent employment contract, and are there advantages/disadvantages either way?

I think that's on the high side for club head coaches, even those that oversee comprehensive programmes.
