Problem With GBs Entry - HELP

One of our swimmers is not registered on the British Swimming database so cannot use the online entry.
She spoke to Lufbra last week and was told they had her form but had not been able to load it as "the database was down". She was advised to wait until this week and try again.
Surprise, surprise, come this morning she's still not registered, is getting no reply to emails and the helpline number is going straight to answerphone - anyone got any bright ideas?

I note you posted your plea at 8:45. The sun doesn't rise over Lufbra that early. No one will be in that early.

Join USMS online then fill in an overseas entry form for GBs. Drive to Loughborough and hand the form in.

Just one small problem - USMS online registration is down too and they definitely aren't at the office yet.

Edit: Turns out it's working really. Just pick which state you want to register with.

They should be there now.
Same problem with me.
I did ask last week for 4 swimmers to be fast tracked onto the data base but only 1 was done. Phone today has no answer so looks like no swims at Sheffield for 3 swimmers.
Must remember not to leave until the last minute but the forms have been at Loughboro for a couple of weeks.

Apparently I was still set on GMT on SwimClub.....even I wouldn't expect them to start before 9am

She's sorted now - they will accept an email of the overseas form

Nearly every year we get a new member join our club a few weeks before Nationals entry and they try to enter Nationals and we go through this procedure. I could turn in to Juicy L and rant.

I had problem with swimmers want to swim in my North West Comp who couldn't get ASA registered quickly

Not sure I would expect them to be at work by ten even after a Bank holiday
