Harlow Penguins invite you to attend its Short Course Open Meet to be held on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th September 2004

· 6 LANE 25 METER POOL
· ANTI-WAVE LANE ROPES
· SPECTATOR CAPACITY OF 250

Swimmers ages as at 31/12/2004. Four age groups:
9/10 & 11
12 & 13
14 & 15
16 & over

Races are:-
50m all strokes
100m all strokes and IM
200m freestyle and IM

There are no finals all HDW

Visiting club with most points £150, visiting club with second most points £50

All officials will receive free entries for their children competing over both days
