Mother's Day set (shall we rename this thread Verity's training diary?)

The aim of the main set here was to swim the first two repeats steady and then pick the pace up for the next repeat, then use that faster repeat time to give you the pace for the next two repeats then pick the pace up some more and so on.....

300 steady @ 5.15
3 x 100 choice @ 2 mins
200 Pull @ 3.30
100 kick
3 x 33's @ 40s
Main set
2 x 200 @ 3.30 (3.12, 3.12)
1 x 200 @ 3.30 (2.56)
2 x 133 @ 2.30 (1.56, 1.56)
1 x 133 @ 2.30 (1.53)
2 x 66 @ 1.30 (54, 55)
1 x 66 @ 1.30 (53)
2 x 33 @ 60 (24, 25)
1 x 33 @ 60 (23)
swim down
400m
2800m

Set on my own at the public pool. Had bad legs recently, so mainly doing pull at the moment and using a band around my ankles to make it a bit harder.

400 free
4x50 drill
150 build

4x400 pull with band off 6.30 with 50 easy in between each 400.
400 pull without band (5.10)
100 easy

400 swim down

3450 in an hour

I would post too but I can never remember what I did!

Still recovering from my first ever 2 hour session on Saturday! Took advantage of an empty lane due to most of top squad being at a meet.
I know we did 12x200 but the rest is a bit of a blur! Total 5400m

I enjoyed this pyramid-esque set tonight so I thought I'd share it (they're usually really boring!).

500m swim long & loose
8 x 25m off 40
10 x 50m off 60
5 x 100m off 1:55
4 x 250m with 20 RI
2 x 500m with 30 RI
4 x 250m with 20 RI
5 x 100m off 1:50
10 x 50m off 50
500 swim down
6200m
